Tito Bermudez
At the young age of 14, Tito began his journey in the art of Boxing. Primarily, Tito took lessons to learn how protect himself better in the rough neighborhood he grew up in located in Miami, FL. One thing he didn't count on was the many Life Building benefits he would gain from Boxing. "Boxing allowed me to have a place to go to instead of just hanging around the hood with my friends. It helped me release my energy in positive way, and most importantly it taught me how to focus, dedicate myself towards something healthy as well as how to set, work for and achieve personal goals. Without Boxing, I don't know where I would have ended up!"
Over the past 16 years, Tito has had the fortune of training with some of Boxing greats like Freddy Pendleton, Ricardo Mayorga, Gilberto Reyes, Juan Diamante and Tony Tucker to name a few. Tito has been training in, and coaching, the art of Boxing for going on 2 decades and has now come on board as a coach. He brings his many years of experience in competing and his smooth style of coaching to help our members develop, grow and reach new personal heights of success.

· 1993- Began Boxing at age 14
· 1999- Miami-Dade District Champion (Welterweight)
· 2002- Miami-Dade District Champion (Middle weight)
· 2006- Florida State Champion (Middleweight)
· 2007- Florida State Police Athletic League Finalist (Middleweight)
· 2008- FL State Golden Gloves Finalist (Middleweight)
