Boxing & Kickboxing
This is obviously the majority of what we teach to our members. In our Level One classes, we focus mainly on basic Boxing techniques like the Jab, the Cross and hook punches. The focus is high intensity and endurance training with basic technique work. These Level One classes are designed for beginners or people who have not trained for a long period of time.
At Level Two, we teach advanced Boxing skills such as slipping the head, advanced footwork along with basic kicking skills. At Level Three, we blend everything together along with elbow strikes, knee strikes and advanced Boxing and Kickboxing moves. The training at Level Two and Three is very intense and extremely fun as well!! In each of these levels, there is NO contact sparring at any class. If sparring is what you're looking for, then please check out our amateur boxing program.

Level Three * 1 Year or more of training * (Get ready to work here!!) * Advanced Boxing and Kickboxing Techniques * Elbow and Knee Strikes * Mitt work with partners * More intense exercises than Level Two * Plyometrics * Strength and Conditioning * Tire Flipping * Sweat your ass and everything else off too!
